Sunday 26th September 2021 saw the Club have their 2nd walk in two weeks, the first being at Roundhay Park in Leeds on the 12th September and the second, at Heaton Park just outside Manchester City Centre.

The weather for both events was so kind to us and we were again delighted to be joined by owners from as far afield as Nottingham, Wales and Leicestershire together with lots of local owners too.  At each event there were in the region of 20+ Japanese Spitz which caused quite a stir and an amazing conversation point for everyone who passed us by – if you own a Japanese Spitz you’ll know just how long a walk can take.

Once again it was a lovely opportunity for owners to have a gentle stroll, chatting with old friends and new, as we walked at a leisurely pace and it’s really not about the walking, it’s the catching up that counts.

Our walks usually end with a cuppa (and hopefully cake).
